TRANSPORT CHAKOUR M, established in 1972, is a company specialized in road transportation for several decades. Over the years, it h􀀌s built strong strategic partnerships and secured several national contracts thanks to its professionalism and rigor, thereby ensuring full customer satisfaction.
As part of its Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018), the General Management of TRANSPORT CHAKOUR M is committed to controlling all its activities, creating sustainable value, and meeting in a balanced manner the expectations of its customers, employees, and relevant interested parties.
The company implements, manages, and continuously improves its processes in order to comply with applicable requirements, adapt to environmental changes, and support the achievement of its strategic objectives. This approach is based on process management, risk and opportunity management, and regular performance monitoring.
Improvement objectives are clearly defined and measurable, then deployed across the various processes. Their monitoring is based on action plans, relevant performance indicators, and periodic reviews that help assess system effectiveness, identify improvement needs, and strengthen the company’s overall performance.
Aware of the importance of its management system to the sustainability of its results, the General Management reaffirms its commitment to rigorously and consistently implement and continuously improve the Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards.

✓ Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and Quality, Health, and Safety at Work requirements.

 

To achieve these strategic objectives, in my capacity as General Director of TRANSPORT CHAKOUR M, I commit to:

✓ Identifying, complying with, and continuously satisfying applicable requirements, particularly customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and other relevant obligations, to ensure service conformity and quality
✓ Establishing and maintaining safe and healthy working conditions appropriate to the organization’s purpose, size, and context, aimed at preventing injuries, accidents, and occupational diseases, while considering specific risks and opportunities for improving occupational health and safety
✓ Identifying, complying with, and maintaining conformity with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, as well as other relevant obligations related to Occupational Health and Safety
✓ Providing the necessary resources to eliminate hazards and reduce Occupational Health and Safety risks
✓ Promoting a climate of dialogue and trust by ensuring consultation and participation of workers and their representatives
✓ Promoting and sustaining a continuous improvement culture for Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, based on performance evaluation, results analysis, non-confofII}ity management, and implementation of corrective and improvement actions
